What Makes Eagleray Mower unbeatable?
We designed this mower to handle the banks commonly found on vineyard headlands. The outer wings can mow at a 45-degree upward angle and a 20-degree downward angle. By utilizing a tractor’s hydraulic ‘float’ position, the outer wings seamlessly follow ground contours. The gearbox drive-train, equipped with 4-spindle ‘W-boxes’, allows for maximum movement of the outer wings.
Foldable Sides
Using a double ended hydraulic ram, the sides fold up vertical for road transport. Also they follow the ground contour when tractor is in float position and can mow banks 45degrees upward, and 20degrees down.
Adjustable Rollers
Front and rear rollers have many different height positions ranging from 30mm up to 180mm.
Wheel Kit Option
The Eagleray mower is available without wheels but is only recommended for large tractors that can handle the weight. The wheel kit option allows the mower to trail behind the tractor which means it tracks nicely behind the tractor.
Anti-scalping
With skid plates, front and rear rollers, and floating outer wings, these factors help keep the cutting blades off the ground even when terrain is very uneven.
Four Rotors
The gearbox drive-train includes x4 cutting spindles. With 4 rotors, the cutting diameter is smaller which gives the cutting tips more power. The blades are mechanically phased to overlap each other to prevent ‘windrowing’.
