We offer a large range of rollers from 1.5m up to 3.6m, and from 4.5m – 6.0m (hydraulic fold-out rollers). Our designs are is simplistic, strong and slimline. We have listened to feedback and advice from farmers and dealers and have based our designs around this. Our roller range suits narrow vineyard rows, large cultivation operations and everything in between.

To suit your application

Tyre roller

Simple slimline frame tyre rollers, great for cultivation work. Available from 1.5m to 3.6m.

Fold-out tyre roller

Rollers with widths ranging from 4.5m to 6.0m are equipped with hydraulic folding capabilities, facilitating easy passage through gateways and efficient transport on roads. Comes standard with hydraulic wheel kit for road transport, and to fill the gaps between the roller sections.

Slim line frame

Without sacrificing any strength, the slimline frame is designed to fit through gateways without causing damage to posts.

Truck tyres

The large diameter makes for a better rolling performance, square shaped profile gives an even result, and they have a good weight.

Bearings/housings

We use top quality Japanese bearings and housings which we have a very long lifetime.

Hydraulic folding for large rollers

All fold-out rollers can fit through a standard gateway when folded up.

Removable drawbar

Folding rollers have a removable drawbar to allow it to be transported on a truck. Also, the drawbar can be rotated 180° to be used as a gooseneck drawbar.

Hydraulic float

Using a nitrogen charged accumulator in the hydraulic lines this gives the roller ‘float’ which allows the side rollers to flex up and down when rolling undulating ground.

Finish

All our rollers are sandblasted, primed and top coated using a high quality 2-pac paint for maximum durability.

Swivel towing eye

All rollers come standard with a high-quality swivel towing eye to reduce stress on the towing pin while rolling undulating ground.

Jockey stand

A simple jockey stand with large foot and 2 positions for storage.

+ Weight block frame

We offer a sturdy frame over the roller to secure concrete weight blocks if required.

+ Transport wheel kit

We offer a hydraulically operated wheel kit for road transport, this prevents the roller tyres wearing down due to the road contour.

Do you make custom sizes?
No, but our range covers every thing from 1.5m up to 6m wide.
Do you ship around NZ?
Yes we sell through dealers across NZ, get in touch to find your closest dealer.
Do you paint custom colours?
No, we only paint our standard Landquip grey which is a neutral colour that works with all tractor brands etc.
